The ARPRA website is listed with all major search engines and government agencies and gets a lot of exposure. And we don’t charge commission, legal fees or agent’s charges -- just a one-off fee. ARPRA members are entitled to a discount on this fee. Your Home for Sale advert will remain in place until you notify us of either a sale or withdrawal from market.

Non-Members: $160.00
* Premium Listing: $20.00

* A premium fee is added if you wish to:
- Have your advert on the front page of the Homes for Sale section

- Showcase six (6) photos of your home.

If you wish to have a premium listing, please indicate this in the comments area when you submit your form. All advert placements are at the sole discretion of the webmaster.
