government agencies and gets a lot of exposure. And we don’t charge
commission, legal fees or agent’s charges -- just a one-off fee. ARPRA
members are entitled to a discount on this fee. Your Home for Sale
advert will remain in place until you notify us of either a sale or
withdrawal from market.

* Premium Listing: $20.00
* If you wish to have your advert on the front page of the Homes for
Sale section, there is a premium fee added. If you wish to have a
premium listing, please indicate this in the comments area when you
submit your form. All advert placements are at the sole discretion of
the webmaster.
