ARPRA will provide the marketing
of your home and allow interested parties to directly contact
you to find
out more about your home. If you are interested in selling your home,
then all you need to do is:
1. Click on the SELL YOUR HOME link.
2. Fill out some details and upload some images.
3. Once we have received your details, we will send you an invoice.
4. Once your invoice has been paid, we will design your Home for Sale
advertisement and notify you of its listing.
The ARPRA website is listed with all major search engines and
government agencies and gets a lot of exposure. And we don’t charge
commission, legal fees or agent’s charges -- just a one-off fee. ARPRA
members are entitled to a discount on this fee. Your Home for Sale
advert will remain in place until you notify us of either a sale or
withdrawal from market.

ARPRA Members: $120.00
Non-Members: $160.00

* A premium fee is added if you wish to:

Have your advert featured on the first
page of your region's Homes for
Sale section
- Showcase six (6) photos of your
home.
If you wish to have a
premium listing, please indicate this in the comments area when you
submit your form. All advert placements are at the sole discretion of
the webmaster.
Please note that subsequent advert changes are $20 for ARPRA members and $40 for non-ARPRA members.
