Are you selling your home? Need a way to get your home details out there to the public? Then we have the space for your home right here! ARPRA will provide the marketing of your home and allow interested parties to directly contact you to find out more about your home.

The ARPRA website is listed with all major search engines and government agencies and gets a lot of exposure. We also do not charge commission, legal fees, or agent’s charges--just a one-off fee. Your Home for Sale advert will remain online for at least six months (depending on your advertising package of choice), or until you notify us of either a sale or withdrawal from market.

If you are interested in selling your home, then

1. Click on the ADVERTISE YOUR HOME link below.
2. Fill out some details and upload some images.
3. Choose an advertising package, and pay for your advert.
4. Once payment is confirmed, we will design your Home for

REMINDERS

• All advert placements are at the sole discretion of the webmaster.

• You are free to change your advert at any time, and the first
• change is complimentary. However, please note that subsequent
• advert changes are subject to a fee of $20 for ARPRA Members
• and $40 for Non-ARPRA Members.

• It is the homeowner's responsibility to inform ARPRA that his
• home has sold, so that we may remove the online listing to avoid
• inquiries from interested buyers. Otherwise, your advert will
• remain online for at least six months. (Gold Package adverts
• will remain online for one year from date of purchase.)

• A 'Contract for Sale' form (offer and acceptance)
• specifically designed for residential land lease
• community homes. It also serves as an invoice and
• a record of purchase.
• A brief outlining some guidelines on the do's and
• don'ts of the selling process, designed for park
• homes.
• A professional 'For Sale' sign to place in your
• window or on your balcony in keeping with
• community requirements. (The sign is applied to
• the inside of your window and uses static cling
• to adhere to the glass, requiring no glue.)
