      • breakage of glassware, porcelain, china, crystal and mirrors
      • whilst in use or being carried by hand
      • dropping a DVD player whilst carrying from one room to another
• Cost of Relocation
• Delivery & Installation Costs
• Escape of water or liquid including:
      • the cost to repair damage caused by water escaping from a
      • burst pipe or hot water service
      • the cost to repair damage caused by an overflowing sink or
      • washing machine
• Fire damage
• Mechanical/Electrical Breakdown
• Personal Portable Valuables
• Removal of Debris
• Replacement of external locks & keys
• Storm, Hail or Lightning damage
• Theft or Malicious damage

MOBILE HOMES DEFINED EVENTS POLICY BENEFITS*

Provides cover for mobile/relocatable homes, on-site caravans and cabins against:

• $20,000,000 legal liability
• Accidental Damage including:
      • to fixed glass forming part of the building
• Agreed Value:
      • if we agree, no depreciation to apply to
      • any building repairs
• Burglary or Malicious damage
• Cost of Relocation including:
      • if the park is forced to close due to
      • enforcement of a local government
      • ordinance bankruptcy of the owner of the
      • park we will contribute towards the cost of
      • relocating your home to another park
• Delivery & Installation Costs
• Escape of water or liquid from fixed systems
• within your home
• Fire damage
• Fusion of electric motors
• Impact by air or space craft, road vehicles,
